EXHALE —Women’s Somatic Breathwork
Your body gets a say.
You know that feeling when you desperately need to clear your head, but your head is the last place you need to be? EXHALE is a 75-minute somatic breathwork experience where we get out of our heads and into our bodies.
Through guided breathwork, music, and intentional connection, we create space to release what's been building, feel what's present, and reconnect with ourselves.

ELEVATE — Women’s Circle & Ceremony
Formerly Sister Circle, ELEVATE is the evolution of our monthly women’s circle.
Women need women.
We need more women fully alive. Women who take up space, tell the truth, laugh loudly, and are willing to be seen.
ELEVATE is a monthly ceremonial circle where we explore a different theme through thought-provoking teachings, guided meditation, breathwork, powerful partner experiences, and movement. We get honest about our lives, connect deeply with other women, and practice showing up differently together.
Come experience what happens when women gather with intention.

RETURN — Winter Solstice Online Circle
RETURN is a live online Winter Solstice gathering created to help you slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what matters as the year comes to a close.
At the longest night of the year, we gather to honor what has been, release what you are ready to leave behind, and listen for what is quietly asking to come forward next.
Through guided meditation, journaling, and reflection, RETURN creates space to meet yourself beneath the noise, carry forward what is essential, and enter winter with greater clarity, intention, and trust.

Reclaim Package
RECLAIM
Sometimes one session opens something you’re ready to explore more deeply.
RECLAIM is a five-session private experience for women who want ongoing support as they navigate patterns, relationships, transitions, and the changes they’re ready to make.
Through personalized breathwork, Reiki, somatic practices, and integration, we have time to revisit what’s coming up, recognize what’s shifting, and practice bringing those changes into everyday life.
Five sessions. Continued support. Room to go deeper.
The Devoted Soul Membership
THE DEVOTED SOUL MEMBERSHIP is ongoing support that blends private and community connection, including one Breathwork or Reiki private session and your choice of one Exhale or ELEVATE experience each month.

REIKI BLESSING & CLEARING is an energetic clearing session designed to restore softness, harmony, grounding, and emotional spaciousness within the body or home.
