Reclaim is a private 1:1 container designed for the woman ready to reconnect with herself beneath the noise, expectations, survival patterns, and disconnection that life can create over time.
Through breathwork, nervous system support, energetic healing, emotional processing, and integration, this experience supports lasting transformation from the inside out.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to the woman who has always been there beneath it all.

I have learned that sometimes we need group energy in which another woman’s journey helps us move further in our own. And sometimes, we need that private one on one time to go within, in a place that we feel seen, heard, supported ,and encouraged. The Devoted soul provides the opportunity to grow as an individual in both a private and community setting.
This membership includes one Breathwork or Reiki Private Session and one Exhale per month.
When we are seen, supported, and witnessed by someone, we feel safe. We grow in environments that we feel safe and connected.
