Jennifer is a breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master, and space holder devoted to creating deeply intentional experiences for women moving through change, healing, expansion, and becoming.
Her work blends nervous system support, somatic embodiment, breathwork, ritual, and honest human connection to create spaces where women feel deeply seen, safely held, and able to return home to themselves.
What began as intimate sister circles has evolved into immersive Threshold Experiences, transformational trainings, and high-touch containers designed for meaningful and lasting transformation.
She believes transformation happens not only through insight, but through embodiment, integration, safety, and community.

These trainings are held as transformational pathways for women ready to deepen their healing, leadership, and capacity to hold others.
Each experience is held with intention, depth, and a commitment to embodied learning, supporting both personal evolution and the transition into facilitation.
Beyond certification, this work is held within a larger community of integration, mentorship, and continued support.
