A Breathwork Facilitator Training in Orange County designed for women who feel called to guide transformational breathwork with integrity, confidence, and embodied presence. This training teaches you how to confidently and responsibly hold space for the transformative power of breath, while deepening your own relationship with the practice.
This immersive certification experience blends breathwork, nervous system awareness, energetic attunement, and embodied leadership to support both personal expansion and professional facilitation.
Learning to facilitate breathwork requires more than understanding a breathing technique.
You’ll learn to recognize what’s happening in the body, respond to the needs of the people you’re guiding, and create experiences grounded in safety, presence, and trust.
This is an immersive training where you’ll practice facilitating, receive guidance and feedback, and develop your own relationship with the work.

Format
An immersive, two-day, in-person training held in Orange County, California.
Experience Level
Open to beginners. No prior breathwork or facilitation experience is required. This training welcomes women seeking personal growth as well as those called to guide others.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the training requirements, participants receive a Pranayama Breathwork Facilitator Certification through Highest Source Healing.
What You’ll Leave With
Practical tools, hands-on experience, and the confidence to begin facilitating breathwork sessions for individuals and groups, grounded in nervous system awareness, safety, and embodied presence.
