Sister Circle has evolved into ELEVATE, our monthly women’s ceremonial gathering, and EXHALE, our monthly somatic breathwork experience.
Exhale
EXHALE is a women’s breathwork experience that quiets the mind, reconnects us to the body, and reveals what the heart already knows. A space to release what's been building and move what words haven't been able to reach.
Through guided breathwork, reiki healing, and nervous system regulation, you'll release stress, process stored emotions, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive community.

ELEVATE
Formerly Sister Circle, ELEVATE is the evolution of our monthly women’s gathering.
ELEVATE is a ceremonial circle where women leave autopilot behind and co-create presence, connection, and momentum. A space to reconnect with your inner voice and come back into deeper connection with yourself.
Through breathwork, guided meditation, ritual, reflection, nervous system support, and intentional community, ELEVATE creates space for emotional safety, embodiment, and transformation.

RETURN
RETURN is a live online Winter Solstice gathering created to help you slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what matters as the year comes to a close.
At the longest night of the year, we gather to honor what has been, release what you are ready to leave behind, and listen for what is quietly asking to come forward next.
Through guided meditation, journaling, and reflection, RETURN creates space to meet yourself beneath the noise, carry forward what is essential, and enter winter with greater clarity, intention, and trust.

The Threshold Series
THRESHOLD is a seasonal women's immersion where we pause at the turning points of the year to release what has run its course, listen for what is emerging, and consciously step into the season ahead.
Created for women moving through expansion, transition, release, visibility, and becoming. Through breathwork, reflection, ceremony, and honest connection, women are invited to soften the identities they’ve outgrown and step more fully into themselves.

UNBOUND is an immersive experience for the woman who knows she is no longer willing to return to what she has outgrown.
This immersive retreat container is devoted to integration, embodiment, truth, sisterhood, and transformation designed to be fully lived once the weekend ends.
