Sometimes your world shifts,
and you find out who you are.
There is a hum in the universe, and sometimes it vibrates louder than others. A few years ago, there was a loud hum with my daughter Emma’s name on it. Emma needed an emergency brain surgery at the age of 5 and the universe rose to carry her. This hum was a culmination of the prayers, intentions and energy of all the good surrounding my daughter - it was from the highest source.
My world shifted - it got quiet, I got still. Things that didn’t matter fell away. I was in complete gratitude for the support and healing my daughter received. Emma’s experience was my greatest teacher.
Shortly after Emma’s surgery, I sought out a Reiki practitioner. During my Reiki session, I felt a connection to the highest source, like I had felt when my world got quiet and still with Emma.
Through the practices of Breathwork and Reiki I began to shed layers. I began to free myself of old belief systems, false narratives, stored trauma and grief. I remembered who I am. I am enough, I am worthy and I have a light to shine. I felt more alive than I ever had. I connected to the place in my heart that I wanted to craft my life from.
Life is always moving and changing and I can get lost in it all. I find, if I can get still, I can hear a hum, which is the call of the universe. Now and again, I hear the universe call, as Emma’s experience has made it easier for me to hear. Again, it was a loud hum I heard and I couldn’t deny it was for me, so I leaned in. I trusted the process, and said YES to becoming a Reiki and Breathwork practitioner and Soul Coach.
I believe this is a journey that I have been on my whole life, but it came to fruition when I said yes. I encourage you to say yes to what you are called to do, and the universe will rise up to meet you.
It is my intention to spread healing from the highest source. May you feel the warmth and love that I did.
