Each ceremony is intuitively guided — shaped by the season women are moving through, the energy present in the room, and what is ready to shift together.
Through transformational breathwork, ritual, reflection, emotional release, and intentional support, women are held inside an experience designed to create emotional safety, nervous system softening, connection, and transformation.
This is not simply something to attend.

Private Sessions
Private sessions are an invitation to soften the noise of the outside world and reconnect with the wisdom within.
Through breathwork, Reiki, nervous system support, and intuitive guidance, each session is designed to support deeper emotional, physical, and spiritual integration.
Available one-on-one, virtually, or alongside a partner.

Rather than offering information alone, these trainings are designed to support deep personal transformation alongside the development of safe, grounded, and intuitive practitioners.

UNBOUND
UNBOUND is a Threshold Experience for the woman who knows she can no longer return to who she has outgrown.
This immersive container is devoted to integration, embodiment, truth, sisterhood, and transformation that lasts beyond the experience itself.
Reiki Clearings
Reiki Clearings are designed to support energetic renewal and create spaces that feel grounded, peaceful, and deeply supportive to inhabit.
These sessions help clear stagnant energy while restoring greater harmony, intention, and softness within the home or environment.
