ELEVATE is a monthly in-person women’s ceremony combining guided breathwork, Reiki, and group reflection to support stress relief, emotional release, and connection.
What to Expect inside Elevate
The energy in the room changes every time. So do the women inside it.
Each ceremony is intuitively guided — shaped by the season women are moving through, the energy present in the room, and what is ready to shift together.
ELEVATE is a monthly women’s circle and ceremony in Orange County where breathwork, Reiki, guided reflection, and community come together to support deep healing and meaningful transformation.
Through transformational breathwork, ritual, emotional release, and intentional support, women are held inside an experience designed to create emotional safety, nervous system softening, connection, and transformation.
Some evenings feel like a release. Others feel like an awakening.
All of them invite you closer to yourself.
ELEVATE is not about surface-level healing or information alone.
