The Local Immersion

The Local Immersion is an intentional way to enter the UNBOUND container—For The Woman who desires depth inside the work and space outside of it—while honoring your own space, rhythm, and integration.

All UNBOUND ceremonies, workshops, breathwork, and core experiences are included.

Accommodations are not included - we’ll provide recommendations for nearby hotels and shared stays.

*A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space in UNBOUND.

  • No prior experience is required.

    UNBOUND meets you exactly where you are. All practices are guided with care, clarity, and attunement, allowing you to enter at your own pace and depth.

  • All emotions are welcomed and supported.

    The experience is designed with nervous-system regulation, spaciousness, and attuned facilitation so that whatever arises can be met safely - without pressure to push, perform, or “process” beyond what feels true.

    You will never be asked to go further than your nervous system is ready to go.

  • UNBOUND is an immersive experience.

    While it includes time away and shared space, it is intentionally designed for depth, integration, and nervous-system safety rather than a full schedule of activities. The focus is not on doing more - but on creating the conditions for lasting internal change.

  • UNBOUND is a curated, fully held experience that includes:

    • Guided breathwork and embodiment practices

    • Intentional ritual and integration spaces

    • Time for rest, reflection, and nervous-system settling

    • Thoughtfully prepared meals and shared moments of connection

    • A carefully held environment designed to support depth and safety

    Additional details are shared with clarity once you register.

  • The experience is intentionally kept small to preserve depth, safety, and presence. This allows for attuned facilitation, meaningful connection, and the kind of integration that cannot happen in large groups. Once the experience is full, it closes.

  • UNBOUND meets you where you are. Some women arrive with years of inner work behind them; others arrive simply knowing something is ready to shift. This experience is not about how much work you’ve done—it’s about your willingness to be present, supported, and honest with yourself.

  • Yes—both visible and unseen support are present.

    While the transformational work is guided directly, dedicated support ensures that practical details are tended to with care, allowing you to fully immerse in the experience without distraction.

  • Once you register, you’ll receive clear next steps, logistical details, and guidance to help you arrive grounded and prepared.
